Help Winnipeg families get the right home internet, TV and phone service, and build a sales career while you do it. UW Management, an authorized Rogers Communications representative, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to give customers clear answers, honest advice and a plan that actually fits.
Core Functions
- Greet customers and find out what they are looking for
- Review a customer’s current services and compare them with other plans
- Explain pricing, renewals, upgrades and promotions accurately
- Answer account and billing questions in plain language
- Complete upgrades, renewals, plan changes and new service setups
- Handle concerns, or refer complex issues to the right team
- Log follow-ups and keep records accurate
- Stay current on offers and program updates
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Preferred Skills
- Patient and professional when customers are confused or frustrated
- Able to explain account and pricing details accurately
- Detail-oriented, with reliable follow-up
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Fluent in English; other languages are an asset
- Retail, hospitality or other customer-facing experience is an asset
