Client Representative (Entry Level)

UW Management is looking for a friendly, curious Client Representative to join our growing team in Winnipeg, MB. This entry-level role is a great fit if you love a good conversation, enjoy figuring out what makes products tick, and get a kick out of helping people land on the option that works for them.
You do not need years of sales experience to thrive here. If you can start a conversation with a stranger, learn quickly, and make people feel at ease, we will teach you the rest through hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Match customers with the right wireless plans, phones, tablets, accessories, and broadband or TV services while working toward individual and team goals
- Break down plans, features, and promotions in plain language, with no jargon and no confusion
- Welcome customers at retail and promotional locations around Winnipeg, learn how they use their devices and what their budget looks like, and show off features to build a solution that fits
- Answer questions and guide customers with helpful information from first hello to final handshake
- Process sign-ups, complete contracts and paperwork, and handle activations and upgrades
- Walk customers through service choices, account details, and enrollment steps
- Team up with your coworkers to hit daily goals and keep the energy positive
- Track your daily activity and results, and review them with your coach
